To this end, in 2021 , the sales department adjusted its marketing model in a timely manner to enhance its market expansion capability based on the idea of "preserving base volume, adding new volume and activating stock. In terms of agency, the sales department adopts the model of "3 6 X " provinces and regions. Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shanghai 3 provinces and regions are responsible for the selected personnel of the pharmaceutical company to ensure the basic amount. Hunan, Henan, Shandong, Anhui, Fujian and Hubei 6 provinces and autonomous regions will have new employees as provincial managers to strive for new increments. The remaining provinces and autonomous regions will determine their provincial managers through bidding. The sales department also merged Zhejiang terminal offices according to the market business situation, setting up a total of 4 offices to further strengthen management.
