In this year, I participated in the completion of the synthesis route investigation of trifluorobenzoyl chloride and L-aminopropanol, the quotation and implementation of QG101-23-0 and LM34-17 projects, and the compilation and improvement of relevant data of many new projects such as M225, M15 and Moxicyclic. Assist in the laboratory pilot verification of immobilized enzyme for M255 project, and pilot test of nitrification reaction pipeline for M58 project in KG laboratory, each step of moxifloxacin hydrochloride project includes small test, pilot test preparation and three batches of process verification. Optimize M255 alkalization process and replace methanol with water for reaction. According to the analysis of the current pilot test in KG laboratory, the reaction time is shortened from 18 hours to 2 hours. At the same time, the influence of salt on the rectification yield of the product is effectively reduced, the single batch yield is increased by 5%, and the methanol removal cost is about 22 yuan/KG; product line design for hydrogenation workshop and API workshop, and cooperate with engineering department and procurement for equipment purchase and project bidding.

1. strive to do a good job in research and development, and try to reduce the cost of existing products. While maintaining the quality of the old products, the product chain is derived and the raw material process is developed. For example, the two-acid process can develop the raw material process of L-aminopropanol and tetrafluorobenzoyl chloride, master the core lifeblood, and enhance the competitiveness of products and further reduce costs. New products speed up process innovation, such as the development of the immobilized enzyme process and the optimization of the alkalization process of moxi small ring, complete the workshop trial production as soon as possible, and realize the effective conversion of technology and profit.

2. accelerate the development and transformation of new products and technologies. Actively cooperate with scientific research institutions to promote the development of new products and enhance the competitive advantage of new varieties of factories; promote the construction of small molecule targeting research institute projects, enhance the scientific research strength of enterprises, and further accelerate the incubation and implementation of new projects.

3. Growth Phase II project construction, faster and better to promote the second phase of the project in Anhui New Peak North Card settled production.
