Even asked two colleagues to help, just in time for something at home or in a hurry, then had to call others to help. This attitude of having nothing to do with me left a deep impression on me and gave me a better understanding of responsibility.
In a monthly class meeting of health workers, when I mentioned how to improve the work effect, a health worker mentioned the division of health responsibilities.
