Even asked two colleagues to help, just in time for something at home or in a hurry, then had to call others to help. This attitude of having nothing to do with me left a deep impression on me and gave me a better understanding of responsibility.

In a monthly class meeting of health workers, when I mentioned how to improve the work effect, a health worker mentioned the division of health responsibilities. She said that each post has clearly defined its own post responsibilities, all things that are not within its own scope, or when others can not achieve their original results after the process, this should not be their responsibility, can they not do it.
