once encountered this kind of situation. when I got off work, the company's finance department got a new safe. my colleague called me to help carry it. because of the shortage of staff, I tried to ask my colleague who passed by after work to help. When I thought I couldn't spend any time and there was no problem, the result made me laugh and cry. Even asked two colleagues to help, just in time for something at home or in a hurry, then had to call others to help. This attitude of having nothing to do with me left a deep impression on me and gave me a better understanding of responsibility.
In a monthly class meeting of health workers, when I mentioned how to improve the work effect, a health worker mentioned the division of health responsibilities. She said that each post has clearly defined its own post responsibilities, all things that are not within its own scope, or when others can not achieve their original results after the process, this should not be their responsibility, can they not do it. The problem she mentioned immediately resonated with others, which is a common problem that exists at present. In order to be more representative and persuasive, I put forward a question for them to answer. If you find some garbage that can be taken away from the ground where you pass, do you not need to worry about it? Do you want to wait for the responsible person to find it? If the responsible person has a rest, do you have to wait until he goes to work to deal with it? They replied that this little thing should be done without incident. This is a manifestation of a sense of responsibility, often a social phenomenon that is prevalent in daily life. So my point of view is that during working hours, any work arrangement, as long as it is conducive to the improvement of the on-site environment, is everyone's common responsibility.
