After came back, everyone immediately carried out division of labor and cooperation, began to plan production, determined the size of wire drawing dies, worked out the process documents for sample production, held a training and communication meeting for relevant internal personnel, and paid attention to every detail of production, such as cable sticking and oil die matching, use of hot oil paste, number of winding layers and overlap rate, etc.
The first batch of samples went offline smoothly. The customer's test result was that one sample failed to pass the attenuation and had to be returned and redone. This sounded the alarm for us. After analyzing and identifying the reasons, we improved the wire diameter and production tension, and paid more attention to the quality details of the product. In order to ensure that the second and third batches of cables are qualified at one time, the cable company has adopted an incentive policy. If the samples are qualified at one time, the main production personnel will be given 2000
yuan for team activities. Now, the sample was successfully offline and qualified once, and the cable company also honored the reward, so there was the beginning of this scene. At the same time, the customer's other difficult sample- three types 100 pairs of large logarithmic data cables also passed the full performance test, which won high praise from the customer.
