If the samples pass the test, they can be supplied one after another. The production of communication cables in the city is the strength of the cable company. The customers thought of us at the first time, because it is most reassuring for our company to make samples. When we got the customer's specification, we found that the standards of South American countries are different from those of our country. The wire diameter of cables is special and the structure is different. Most of the samples are large pairs. The largest sample is 900

pairs. So many pairs of cables cannot have defects. Moreover, the customer's samples have particularly high requirements on the indicators of inherent attenuation and insulation resistance. Some frequency points of inherent attenuation cannot be tested on existing instruments, so it is not sure whether the cable can be qualified at one time. However, this order is very important for the cable company to guarantee its sales in the next two years. It is a rare opportunity. No matter how difficult it is, it must be broken.

After the communication meeting, a sample communication WeChat group was established to bring together all relevant personnel of the company and customers. If there is any problem, it will be released in the group in time to get a response as quickly as possible. After came back, everyone immediately carried out division of labor and cooperation, began to plan production, determined the size of wire drawing dies, worked out the process documents for sample production, held a training and communication meeting for relevant internal personnel, and paid attention to every detail of production, such as cable sticking and oil die matching, use of hot oil paste, number of winding layers and overlap rate, etc.

The first batch of samples went offline smoothly. The customer's test result was that one sample failed to pass the attenuation and had to be returned and redone. This sounded the alarm for us. After analyzing and identifying the reasons, we improved the wire diameter and production tension, and paid more attention to the quality details of the product. In order to ensure that the second and third batches of cables are qualified at one time, the cable company has adopted an incentive policy. If the samples are qualified at one time, the main production personnel will be given 2000

yuan for team activities. Now, the sample was successfully offline and qualified once, and the cable company also honored the reward, so there was the beginning of this scene. At the same time, the customer's other difficult sample

The difficulty of sample production and the high index are challenges to us again and again. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
