Some frequency points of inherent attenuation cannot be tested on existing instruments, so it is not sure whether the cable can be qualified at one time. However, this order is very important for the cable company to guarantee its sales in the next two years. It is a rare opportunity. No matter how difficult it is, it must be broken."

After came back, everyone immediately carried out division of labor and cooperation, began to plan production, determined the size of wire drawing dies, worked out the process documents for sample production, held a training and communication meeting for relevant internal personnel, and paid attention to every detail of production, such as cable sticking and oil die matching, use of hot oil paste, number of winding layers and overlap rate, etc.
The first batch of samples went offline smoothly. The customer's test result was that one sample failed to pass the attenuation and had to be returned and redone. This sounded the alarm for us. After analyzing and identifying the reasons, we improved the wire diameter and production tension, and paid more attention to the quality details of the product. In order to ensure that the second and third batches of cables are qualified at one time, the cable company has adopted an incentive policy.
