Temporary Electricity Safety Common Sense

Temporary electricity refers to the design, installation, use, maintenance and removal of low-voltage power systems using electric equipment and lighting on the production and construction sites during temporary overhaul or maintenance and engineering construction. The main facilities and materials for temporary power utilization include transformers, power distribution cabinets, distribution boxes, switch boxes, cables, wires, electrical tools, electric tools, lighting fixtures, electrical equipment, etc. Basic management requirements for

temporary power consumption:

temporary power consumption organization design shall be prepared for the construction site with 5

or more temporary power consumption equipment or the total capacity of equipment is 50kW or more. 2.

Temporary electricity consumption organization design must follow the "

preparation, review and approval " procedure, which shall be organized and compiled by electrical engineering technicians and implemented after being reviewed by relevant departments and approved by the technical director of the enterprise with legal personality. 3.

Temporary power consumption project shall be constructed according to the design drawing, and shall be jointly accepted by relevant units before being put into use after being qualified.

Temporary electricity use must establish safety technical files, which shall be established and managed by electrical technicians. Among them, "

electrician installation, inspection, maintenance and demolition work record " can be assigned to be managed by an electrician, which shall be reviewed and approved by the main person in charge or project manager every week, and shall be filed uniformly after the temporary power consumption project is demolished. 5.

Temporary power consumption shall be checked regularly, potential safety hazards shall be handled in time, and rechecked and accepted.

Basic requirements for electricians and electricity users:

Electricians must pass the examination and obtain the special operation certificate before taking up their posts; Other electricity users must undergo safety training and technical disclosure before they can take up their posts.

Installation, inspection, maintenance or removal of temporary electrical equipment and lines must be completed by an electrician and supervised by a special person.

All kinds of electricity users should master the basic knowledge of safe electricity use and the performance of the equipment used, and should meet the following regulations:

Before using electrical equipment, they must wear and equip corresponding labor protection articles according to regulations, and check electrical devices and protection facilities. It is strictly forbidden for equipment to operate with diseases.

Keep and maintain the equipment used, report and solve any problems found in time;

The switch box of temporarily deactivated equipment must disconnect the power isolation switch and close the door and lock it.
