Story Plot 1: Xiao Wang entered the factory to work. Because the supervisor was a relative and felt that something would cover him, he ignored the rules and regulations and was careless. He played with his mobile phone during safety education. The supervisor repeatedly denounced education and still went his own way. Finally, he was bleeding and bandaged and regretted it.

If Xiao Wang had listened to the education of his supervisor, carefully studied the safety operation procedures, abides by the rules and regulations, and strictly implemented them, he would not have to pay the price of blood. Fortunately, Xiao Wang still has the opportunity to regret and change his mistakes in his future work.

The story of plot 2 is even more distressing: Lao Zhang is a senior electrician who has worked for decades and has brought an apprentice, Xiao Sun, who has just graduated from school. Lao Zhang does everything according to experience and thinks he is foolproof. In fact, there are many problems with illegal operations. Xiao Sun sometimes knew it was wrong but could only do what his master wanted. As a result, one day at work, Lao Zhang asked Xiao Sun to work high-altitude. Xiao Sun found that the safety rope was damaged and had to be replaced. He was reprimanded by the master for wasting time. Then Lao Zhang worked high-altitude himself. Xiao Sun used Lao Zhang's plug-free thread to plug into the socket. The thread fell on the wrench, causing Xiao Sun to be electrocuted. Lao Zhang, due to damage to the safety rope, it was not possible to save Lao Zhang's life when he was torn off during the crash. An old man and a young man both lost their lives.

Decades of experience, but also can't save Lao Zhang's own life, today is safe from work, as long as the problem of violation of regulations does not change, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, one day will lose his life, this is inevitable, no accident is accidental. What's more, the young sun was also killed in Lao Zhang's "proud " experience, which had to make people sad. If Lao Zhang is alive, he must be waiting for the rest of his life with endless remorse and guilt. If Xiao sun could choose, would he listen to his master? Would he accept to follow such a master? The most important thing is, have we ever taken disciples ourselves? Do we teach our apprentices good habits and styles? If not, are we worthy of being called a master?

Story plot 3: The son went to work. The gray-haired old mother found the safety helmet that her son forgot to bring in front of her granddaughter's bed. She walked a long way and took a bus for several stops and finally handed the safety helmet to her son who had not yet taken up the job.

This short story is more touching. There are sleeping children in the bed, old mothers making breakfast in the kitchen, and the family is healthy and safe. The family is happy. Poverty and wealth do not matter. The anxiety and uneasiness of the old mother on the way to deliver the hat was deeply engraved on her face, which was in sharp contrast with her son's stretched smile after taking the hat.
