When it comes to Changsha, we have to mention Changsha cuisine. When it comes to Changsha cuisine, you think of the famous Hunan cuisine. This delicious dish made with fish head mixed with "chopped chili " , which is a perfect match! I went out to do business on the second day and happened to pass through the famous Xiangjiang River. As soon as the broad river comes into view, it reflects with the blue sky, forming a beautiful landscape. The water in the river is sometimes choppy and sometimes stopped like a mirror. There are white birds flying in the air and ships shuttling back and forth on the river. I can't help but think of Chairman Mao's famous "Qinyuan Spring · Changsha": the river is full of water and hundreds of boats compete for the current.
