The equipment never realizes the understanding. The working principle has never been understood. The process flow is from vague to clear. Every bit of growth takes a lot of my thoughts and time.
The running-in between people and the world is far more difficult than the running-in between people and machines. As a business, there are no strongest individuals, only the strongest groups. As a central control operator, besides his own operation skills, communication with others is essential. When leaders arrange work for us, they should obey the arrangement and listen carefully to the work content. When we convey orders to the on-site staff, we should clarify the contents. When giving orders to patrol inspection, we should take our seats and pay attention to our tone. In this series of complex and interlaced relationships, we must learn to think from each other's standpoint and achieve understanding and tolerance. I remember how spectacular and magnificent it was to look at the live video of the whole wall and the long computer monitor when I first went to the central control.
