In the summer of 2019, we were lucky enough to be hired by Guizhou Jianfeng Huangping Cement Company and sent to Daye, Hubei to study in batches as planned. We first conducted short-term safety education, corporate culture, production technology and other related training in Guizhou Jianfeng. Before departure, our director Liu Feng's words made us remember: "Everyone remember, this time to study in Daye, you must be yourself, your words and deeds, every move is not only your personal behavior, you will also represent the spirit of our Guizhou Huang Ping Jianfeng, on behalf of the image of Guizhou people..." Then, we are excited, the spirit of a hundred times, with the expectations of peak leaders and the mission of peak enterprises, we went to Daye, Hubei for training.

came to Daye, the garden-style spike cement factory gave everyone a refreshing feeling. In our imagination, the cement factory is a scene full of dust and busy workers, but we are all wrong. This concept seems to have been abandoned by the new era. At the same time, it also makes us feel the rapid development of modern technology.

In the following days, after careful consideration by the factory leaders, teams and groups will be arranged for everyone according to the characteristics of each student, assigned to various positions to learn from the master, and carried out in a tense and orderly manner according to the proposed training plan. Learning cement production technology is a zero foundation for almost everyone of us students. We thank the teachers for their earnest teaching and tolerance, as well as the care and care of the factory leaders. Although it is sometimes very hard in work and study, we are tired and happy.

After New Year's Day, our training is coming to an end. After nearly half a year's study, we feel that it has passed quickly. At this time, we have mixed feelings. We can't wait to go back to light the kiln of Guizhou's peak with the raging fire, but we reluctantly say goodbye to the teachers. We know that training in Daye is only a starting point for us to enter the peak cement. The long and arduous road still requires us to continue to struggle and strive hard.
