Any problems encountered on the production line will display yellow and red lights on a very intuitive kanban and sound an alarm. Only when the problem is removed will the green light be turned on and the next process can continue. This is also the reason why Japanese factories will not flow out unqualified products. We often say that change starts small. But Toyota's teachers said that to make a thorough improvement, we must start with the big problems, and finally improve or solve the minor problems. They think that big problems waste more, big problems are put in place, and when small problems are presented, it is a matter of minutes to improve. Toyota's infinite pursuit of eliminating complete waste in operational production is actually a better integration of environmental needs and internal division of labor.
