Only when the problem is removed will the green light be turned on and the next process can continue. This is also the reason why Japanese factories will not flow out unqualified products. We often say that change starts small. But Toyota's teachers said that to make a thorough improvement, we must start with the big problems, and finally improve or solve the minor problems. They think that big problems waste more, big problems are put in place, and when small problems are presented, it is a matter of minutes to improve. Toyota's infinite pursuit of eliminating complete waste in operational production is actually a better integration of environmental needs and internal division of labor. This kind of visit is not a cursory tour, but through continuous visits, learning and experience, let children understand their own national industrial enterprises and cultivate deep-rooted national and cultural self-confidence.

After comparing this civilization with all aspects of our lives, we can see the advantages and shortcomings of both sides. It should be said that we have a lot of room for improvement. During the visit to Japan, a deep feeling was Japan's perfect infrastructure, especially the developed comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system. We basically did not encounter traffic jams, which can be said to be very smooth, including in Tokyo, an international metropolis, there is almost no traffic jam.
