Toyota requires everything to be "Just in time ", just fine. When we visited Toyota's embankment factory built in 1970 , we deeply felt the results of Toyota's TPS lean improvement concept. This is a breathtaking pursuit of production. It can be said that errors and unqualified products will basically not exist. Any problems encountered on the production line will display yellow and red lights on a very intuitive kanban and sound an alarm. Only when the problem is removed will the green light be turned on and the next process can continue. This is also the reason why Japanese factories will not flow out unqualified products. We often say that change starts small. But Toyota's teachers said that to make a thorough improvement, we must start with the big problems, and finally improve or solve the minor problems. They think that big problems waste more, big problems are put in place, and when small problems are presented, it is a matter of minutes to improve. Toyota's infinite pursuit of eliminating complete waste in operational production is actually a better integration of environmental needs and internal division of labor. That, I think, is the essence of TPS .

We have seen primary and secondary school students of different ages come to visit the enterprises in Toyota embankment factory, Toyota Industrial Technology Memorial Hall and Toyota headquarters. This kind of visit is not a cursory tour, but through continuous visits, learning and experience, let children understand their own national industrial enterprises and cultivate deep-rooted national and cultural self-confidence.

4, Talking about the Development Gap between the Two Countries

Understanding a country, a nation, its economy and culture is certainly not just a few days. But in the past few days, we have indeed felt the level of civilization of developed countries. After comparing this civilization with all aspects of our lives, we can see the advantages and shortcomings of both sides. It should be said that we have a lot of room for improvement. During the visit to Japan, a deep feeling was Japan's perfect infrastructure, especially the developed comprehensive three-dimensional transportation system. We basically did not encounter traffic jams, which can be said to be very smooth, including in Tokyo, an international metropolis, there is almost no traffic jam. Moreover, I was amazed by the noise handling of highways and light rail trams in Japan. We lived next to the comprehensive station for two nights. The light rail was outside the window, but we could not hear any noise in the room.

Japan's urban and rural development has also reached a relatively balanced state. Along the way, Japan's rural areas can also enjoy the fruits of modern development, with convenient transportation, perfect service facilities, and little difference in living standards from cities.
