Visitors visited the cement production sites such as the power distribution duty room, tool and material storage room, high and low voltage power distribution room, ball mill, etc. of Jinma Cement Plant. The cement floor was smooth and clean. The surface of the old equipment was treated with rust removal and spraying. There were no sundries in the room, no water on the floor, no ash leakage in the pit, no oil leakage in the equipment, and fixed storage of office furniture, orderly, stairs, equipment isolation fence and platform are standardized design.

The two sides also exchanged management experience on site management methods, standards, requirements, and ideological changes. The relevant person in charge of the Golden Horse Factory said, first of all, ideologically, leaders should have the subjective determination to carry out the one-vote veto system for safe and civilized production in the appointment of cadres, and the other is the top-down "forcing " and self-constantly raising the standard requirements.
