The picture showed a trainee from Guizhou Huangping Cement Project Team to Daye Peak Training. He was half squatting on the ground, holding his hat brim, and his whole body was covered with coal ash due to coal mill failure. Only his face was wearing a mask, can vaguely see the face. His eyes were not distracted by exhaustion, but sparkled, and the smile from the slightly warped corners of his mouth made him feel confident and optimistic, which made people extremely moved.

Later learned that the hero of the photo was Li Longjie, who was the first batch of trainees from Guizhou Huangping Cement Project Team to go to Daye Peak for training. The day coincided with the failure of the coal mill. Under the leadership of the shift master, everyone went to the coal mill to eliminate the failure. The photo was taken by other students inadvertently afterwards. This photo gave me a deep feeling. When I first saw it, I had an impulse to say something for these young people. Some of them were excited, some confident, and some of their youth needed to be recorded. That's why I put it into writing today.

This photo only shows us the spirit of these young people from one side. Except for the protagonist of the photo, among the 47 students trained by Daye Peak, everyone is in very good condition. The atmosphere of study and discussion is very strong. The discussion in the training group often goes late into the night, which causes the leaders in charge to ask everyone to go to bed early to avoid affecting the next day's work.

In fact, it is not easy to think about it. A group of young people without any similar work experience have traveled thousands of miles to Daye Peak to study, overcome the discomfort in climate, environment, living habits and difficulties in work, step by step, always maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, and study professional skills and knowledge tirelessly. This vigor and mental state are worthy of recognition.

Since the first batch of trainees rushed to daye peak training on July 20 3 , 47 trainees have been living and studying in daye peak. As the backbone of Guizhou Huangping Cement Project Team in the future, they carry too many expectations. From a single level, after the completion of the project, every trainee trained will become the pillar of the department; from a macro point of view, it is the vigorous and positive spirit of these young people that makes the pace of peak expansion more firm and powerful.
