The heads of the sales department, project management department and purchasing department under the marketing department respectively reviewed their respective work in the first half of the year. Li Qian, deputy general manager of North Carolina Pharmaceuticals, affirmed the work in the first half of the year and put forward the core idea of the marketing department in the second half of the year: customer-centered. She stressed that the market needs to go out more, not by low prices but by high-quality quality and service, accurate positioning in the product quality system, more focus on the market in product selection, and solve their pain points around customers. meeting, all participants also discussed the sales methods of different products, market judgment, customer requirements for standardization, improvement of quality system, adjustment of sales strategy, and trade-offs between products and channels at this stage. The research park has set up research and development platforms in various directions, such as the Green Pharmaceutical Research Institute, the Pharmaceutical Equipment Research Institute, and the Environmentally Friendly (Three Waste Treatment) Research Institute, which is committed to promoting the transformation and upgrading of the green pharmaceutical industry in the Yangtze River Delta and even the whole country.
