The lack of safety awareness of relevant personnel, the indifference to rules and regulations and operating norms, and the careless or fluke attitude have led to this tragedy after another. People's unsafe behavior is the main reason for the repeated occurrence of safety accidents.

No matter how good the technology is, no matter how perfect the regulations are, at the practical level, they cannot replace people's own quality and sense of responsibility.
