Chemical leaks and explosions, traffic accidents, natural geological disasters, three safety accidents of completely different nature claimed dozens of innocent lives, causing huge casualties and economic losses. Of course, what is even more heartbreaking is that when we try to go back to the past and explore the causes and consequences of accidents, there are always man-made disasters hidden in accidents. The lack of safety awareness of relevant personnel, the indifference to rules and regulations and operating norms, and the careless or fluke attitude have led to this tragedy after another. People's unsafe behavior is the main reason for the repeated occurrence of safety accidents.

Hayne's Law points out that behind every serious accident, there must be 29 minor accidents, 300 threatened attempts and 1000 potential accidents. No matter how good the technology is, no matter how perfect the regulations are, at the practical level, they cannot replace people's own quality and sense of responsibility. People are the most active factor in safety management and are often the main cause of accidents. Therefore, in the daily safety management, we must pay full attention to human factors, pay attention to improving everyone's safety awareness and subjective initiative, cultivate everyone's sense of responsibility, strengthen training, education and supervision, and strictly abide by various safety operation specifications and systems.
