Of course, what is even more heartbreaking is that when we try to go back to the past and explore the causes and consequences of accidents, there are always man-made disasters hidden in accidents. The lack of safety awareness of relevant personnel, the indifference to rules and regulations and operating norms, and the careless or fluke attitude have led to this tragedy after another. People's unsafe behavior is the main reason for the repeated occurrence of safety accidents.
