保命的头盔，今天你戴了吗？从4月份起，金华市开展以电动自行车佩戴安全头盔为重点的专项整治管理。现在，等红绿灯时，我们会发现骑乘电动自行车的人员都佩戴上了安全头盔，这是交警和志愿者多次专项管理和劝导的结果。

同样，任何行为和事件的安全也要通过管理实现，安全的管理最终目标是安全文化管理，实现既定安全目标的活动过程。社会文明建设是漫长的过程，安全文明管理也是一个漫长永恒的课题，个人认为做好安全文明的管理应该注意以下方面内容：

首先，必须坚持把“安全第一”的理念深入人心。今年“安全生产月”以“防风险、除隐患、遏事故”为主题，就是从国家的理念出发，开展多种形式的宣传教育活动，目的是提高全国人民安全意识，持续强调“安全第一”，各行业要营造良好的安全生产环境，特别是不再让江苏响水“3.21”此类安全事故发生。

如何才能使安全文明的准则内化于心、外化于行，成为每个人的自觉行为呢？要达到这个目标，安全文明的管理就不能是一阵风，一次行动，不是一朝一夕的事，而是一项持之以恒、久久为功的长远工程。在企业里，当安全文明的准则成为让员工从被动地服从安全管理制度，转变成自觉主动地按安全要求采取行动，即从“要我遵章守法”转变成“我要遵章守法”时，这才是管理的最高水平。
