low-alkali cement refers to cement with low content of alkali metal oxides (potassium oxide and sodium oxide) (total alkali content is calculated as equivalent sodium oxide (Na2O + 0.658K2O ), and low-alkali cement requires total alkali content lower than 0.6% ). In engineering construction, the alkaline substance in the concrete raw materials chemically reacts with the active ingredients to generate swelling substances or water-absorbing swelling substances, which in turn causes the concrete to produce internal self-expansion stress and crack, which is called "alkali aggregate reaction " (abbreviated as AAR) . Because the alkali aggregate reaction generally occurs gradually after several years after the concrete is formed, the durability of the concrete is reduced as a result, and in severe cases, the concrete will lose its use value. Moreover, because the reaction occurs in the whole concrete, the damage caused is difficult to prevent, prevent, repair and rescue, and is called "concrete cancer " . Therefore, many projects, especially railways, bridges and other large-scale projects require the use of low-alkali cement. Since its production, Daye Peak has participated in the construction of key projects in many countries, provinces and cities, and has accumulated a lot of experience in the production of low-alkali cement.

The production of low-alkali cement requires the use of low-alkali clinker, low-alkali gypsum and low-alkali mineral admixtures. Low alkali clinker must be produced with low alkali limestone and other low alkali raw materials. At the seminar, Daye peak management team and quality control department, manufacturing department, mining and other relevant personnel attended. Combined with the limestone resources and early production experience of Daye Peak Mine, a detailed and comprehensive discussion was carried out. The Quality Control Department puts forward a plan for the batching scheme and process control of low-alkali cement, and formulates detailed alkali control measures from the work links such as the quality control of mine limestone, the substitution of low-grade sandstone for clay batching, and the adjustment of mixed material varieties. The mining department, manufacturing department and other relevant departments put forward their views and suggestions on the problems that may be faced in the actual production process.

Peak Cement Successfully Enters Lancang Airport Project

News from our newspaper On September 26, the first batch of airport runway cement produced by Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company was successfully delivered to the Lancang Airport site, which marked another important step in the expansion of Jianfeng Cement in the southwest Yunnan market. Lancang Airport is located in Donghi Town, Lancang Lahu Autonomous County, Pu'er City.
