Empiricism is lucky, afraid of trouble, trying to save trouble, and thinks that there will be no problems with his rich experience. Departmentalism ignores safety and thinks that grasping safety is a matter for leaders and security officers, which has little to do with oneself. Evading responsibility and covering up, thinking that safety problems and violations are inevitable, as long as they are not found, it is not a problem. In our daily safety management, we often say "three violations " (illegal command, illegal operation, violation of labor discipline), which is the most common manifestation of lax safety thinking.

"Thought rules action, attitude decides everything " . In view of these ideological hidden dangers, if we can not take effective measures, increase education, to raise awareness, solve ideological problems, to achieve safe production can only be empty talk.
