This book is the textbook of choice for management majors in most colleges and universities in the United States, and how does this 14 edition have revisions and how does it fit in with today's trends?

The latest edition of this book adds a time management column to the beginning of the management function and puts it in the first place that readers see, perhaps emphasizing the importance of personal time. There is a general sentence in it: A key to success in management and in your career is having good time management skills . I have slightly modified the translation to read: whether you have the skills to manage time in management or even in your entire career, it largely determines the upper limit of your success. This part of the book is not long, there are only some short tips on how to use time resources, and most of them have been learned by us before. I also listed them:

1. make a list of the tasks you have to do now and will complete later, as well as routine tasks, so that you can know what you need to do every day, week and month.

2. Rank these tasks according to their importance to make sure you're spending your time on what's most important.

3. List the actions you need to take to complete these tasks.

4. Grade these actions with A/B/C , A as important and urgent, B as important or urgent, and C as routine actions.

These should be very simple methods and strategies. We only need to do a little thinking. We can all learn them. But why are the few people who can make good use of time and really use this technique to implement it?
