, we went to Lancang County at the invitation of a friend. Lancang River is not far to the east of the county seat. When we passed by on the way, we stopped for a while to appreciate the elegant demeanour of the great river.

It is known as "Oriental Danube " . After leaving Tibet and Yunnan, Lancang River is also called "Mekong River " and "Mekong River " by local people, implying "Mother of Water " . The development of civilization can never be separated from the nourishment of water. Whether it is the famous Tea Horse Road or the Angkor culture of Cambodia, it is nurtured and developed in the embrace of the Lancang River.
