Combined with my own work situation, I am deeply touched by the driving force brought by appreciation. Because I am a salesman, my customers place orders every week to purchase drugs. To give a simple example, if a ticketing officer accidentally makes a wrong order one day, I say in a critical tone: "How do you make out an invoice? If you open the wrong order and the warehouse sends the wrong goods, my shipping time will be delayed, and the receiving time of my customers will be affected. How do you work?" obviously, this will affect the mood of the ticket drawer. In the follow-up work, he will either be careful and slow down for fear of making mistakes again, which will affect the work efficiency.
