In the conference room, the leader of Daye Peak introduced us to the factory's construction process, development process and current operation management. The mountain that we have been full of praise is not only a beautiful and majestic scenery, but also a backer for the production and development of peak cement and a source of raw materials for cement production. Curious about how rocks turn into cement, we put on helmets and followed the leaders to visit the factory. After the introduction, I roughly know that the large-scale equipment like Panlong is feeding, crushing equipment, processing workshop, production workshop and discharge port equipment. Walking into the inspection office building is still a refreshing feeling. The equipment and instruments are clean and tidy. The walls corresponding to each piece of equipment are marked with signs and operating procedures, and the operating records are neat and standard. In the display bulletin board, there are red list and yellow list. Red list is praise and yellow list is punishment. The trash can is also very distinctive. It is three industrial iron drums hanging side by side. The outside is painted with three different colors of green, red and yellow, which represent different types of garbage. It is really new everywhere. The sampling experiments and tests in the laboratory are also within the scope of control. Only when you enter a seemingly rough industry can you know the delicacy of it. cement plant is that the output and sales volume are very large. The daily output at the peak period is 1 tons, and every batch of products is guaranteed to be qualified. If you have never been to the peak cement plant, you will certainly question: "such a large production, how can batch batch qualified?" But we believe. Because we came to the post in person, saw the equipment here with our own eyes, and listened to how to sample, analyze and adjust in time, so it is difficult to control the unqualified quality!
