came to Peak Pharmaceutical Company from 2010 5# November. It has been eight years in an instant. In the past eight years, for me, four words can be summed up, that is, "learning while doing", constantly enriching myself and challenging myself.
My first position in a pharmaceutical company was in the quality assurance department. I still remember the first time I reported to the central laboratory, and the director asked me, "What did I do before?" I answered, "Workshop production management." The director said, "You should follow Xu Lizhen first when you go to work tomorrow..." In this way, Xu Lizhen, a small girl with serious and meticulous work, became my first master in the peak. Under her guidance, I started with the most basic physical and chemical tests and really started from scratch. It was midsummer, 10ml control bottle sampling, we climbed up and down the warehouse busy, everyone is a big sweat. By the end of summer, I was transferred to the then Jiangnan factory for process verification. The new master Qian Shenghua was a muscular boy like Tai Sen, but his work was still as meticulous and serious. Now, my two "little masters" have reached management positions, and batch after batch of young people have been continuously enriched to key positions. From them, I feel the tolerance and trust of the peak corporate culture, and also feel 60 -year-old peak full of vitality.
Working on intellectual property was another major challenge I took on at Spike Pharmaceuticals. In 2012 , I took over the related patent application maintenance and other intellectual property work originally undertaken by the Production Technology Department. In order to do this work well, In 2013 , I obtained the first intellectual property internal auditor qualification certificate from a pharmaceutical company, laying the foundation for a series of follow-up work. In 2014 , the trademark work of the former market planning department was also merged. The pharmaceutical company set up an intellectual property department and actively introduced the enterprise intellectual property management system. The burden on my shoulders became heavier and heavier. With the support and help of leaders and colleagues from various departments, in 2015 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's first company intellectual property management manual was completed and issued. 2016 successfully passed the third-party certification of the enterprise's intellectual property management system and was recognized as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise; In March of the same year 9, pharmaceutical Company No. 1050800 "Peak" Trademark (Class 5 ) was recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In 2017 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical won the honorary title of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise. This is the highest-level honor for national intellectual property work. When I heard this news, don't mention how proud I was.
2012 , we were rated as Jinhua patent demonstration enterprise, and 2013 became Zhejiang patent demonstration enterprise. With this foundation, the subsequent implementation and benchmarking work also came naturally. At the same time, in the process of standardization, our relevant management became more standardized and orderly, and the level of intellectual property work has made great progress. As a specific participant in this work, I not only experienced my personal growth, but also gained several "firsts": 2015 , won the title of "advanced worker" for the first time; this year, it was recommended by Jinhua Municipal Science and Technology Bureau as an advanced individual of national intellectual property work enterprises.
