Meeting Challenges at Peak

came to Peak Pharmaceutical Company from 2010 5# November. It has been eight years in an instant. In the past eight years, for me, four words can be summed up, that is, "learning while doing", constantly enriching myself and challenging myself.

My first position in a pharmaceutical company was in the quality assurance department. I still remember the first time I reported to the central laboratory, and the director asked me, "What did I do before?" I answered, "Workshop production management." The director said, "You should follow Xu Lizhen first when you go to work tomorrow..." In this way, Xu Lizhen, a small girl with serious and meticulous work, became my first master in the peak. Under her guidance, I started with the most basic physical and chemical tests and really started from scratch. It was midsummer, 10ml control bottle sampling, we climbed up and down the warehouse busy, everyone is a big sweat. By the end of summer, I was transferred to the then Jiangnan factory for process verification. The new master Qian Shenghua was a muscular boy like Tai Sen, but his work was still as meticulous and serious. Now, my two "little masters" have reached management positions, and batch after batch of young people have been continuously enriched to key positions. From them, I feel the tolerance and trust of the peak corporate culture, and also feel 60 -year-old peak full of vitality.

Working on intellectual property was another major challenge I took on at Spike Pharmaceuticals. In 2012 , I took over the related patent application maintenance and other intellectual property work originally undertaken by the Production Technology Department. In order to do this work well, In 2013 , I obtained the first intellectual property internal auditor qualification certificate from a pharmaceutical company, laying the foundation for a series of follow-up work. In 2014 , the trademark work of the former market planning department was also merged. The pharmaceutical company set up an intellectual property department and actively introduced the enterprise intellectual property management system. The burden on my shoulders became heavier and heavier. With the support and help of leaders and colleagues from various departments, in 2015 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's first company intellectual property management manual was completed and issued. 2016 successfully passed the third-party certification of the enterprise's intellectual property management system and was recognized as a national intellectual property advantage enterprise; In March of the same year 9, pharmaceutical Company No. 1050800 "Peak" Trademark (Class 5 ) was recognized as a well-known trademark in China by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce. In 2017 , Jianfeng Pharmaceutical won the honorary title of National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise. This is the highest-level honor for national intellectual property work. When I heard this news, don't mention how proud I was.

In fact, before I took over, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's intellectual property work had a very solid foundation. As early as

2012 , we were rated as Jinhua patent demonstration enterprise, and 2013 became Zhejiang patent demonstration enterprise. With this foundation, the subsequent implementation and benchmarking work also came naturally. At the same time, in the process of standardization, our relevant management became more standardized and orderly, and the level of intellectual property work has made great progress. As a specific participant in this work, I not only experienced my personal growth, but also gained several "firsts": 2015 , won the title of "advanced worker" for the first time; this year, it was recommended by Jinhua Municipal Science and Technology Bureau as an advanced individual of national intellectual property work enterprises.

Looking back at the peak of eight years, I deeply realize that here, we can have the opportunity to learn, have the opportunity to create, and have the opportunity to realize the integration of personal value and enterprise. This year, the 60th anniversary of Jianfeng Group's establishment and the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the pharmaceutical company. The eight years I have experienced are only a short part of the peak process. I did not have the opportunity to participate in the earlier past, but in the next ten years, I will be with the peak. A few days ago, Tianjin Jianfeng Natural products Research and Development Co., Ltd. stood out among nearly 35000 enterprises in Tianjin Development Zone and won the honor of "Top 20 Scientific and technological Innovation Enterprises of 2015. The selection criteria for the top 20 scientific and technological innovation enterprises in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone mainly include: they have won science and technology awards or patent awards in 2015, as well as other awards above the provincial level; they have obtained the qualification certification or approval of research and development institutions above the provincial level; in 2015, the number of invention and utility model patent applications and authorizations was large, totaling more than 15; in 2015, they were supported by national or Tianjin key science and technology plans; scientific research achievements have made significant progress and technology. According to the above standards, Jianfeng Natural Products Company has not only won the second prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation Project Award for the achievements of "Tianjin Plant Waste Reutilization Technology Engineering Center Construction", but also completed the process research of grape seed extract and ginsenoside to pesticide residues, and formulated the international business standard of grape seed extract (grape seed oligomeric proanthocyanidins). In order to better carry out the pilot experiment, large-scale technical transformation was carried out on the second workshop, and the process optimization of extracting anthocyanins from blueberries has been carried out. At the same time, the main business income, operating profit, tax revenue and other economic indicators of peak natural products company in 2015 have increased significantly year-on-year. Peak pharmaceutical "enterprise information construction project" through the acceptance

The "Enterprise Informatization Construction Project" of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company was included in the list of key projects of "Integration of Industrialization and Industrialization" (high-level and in-depth combination of informatization and industrialization) in Jinhua City in 2015, and successfully passed the on-site acceptance of the expert group on the morning of May 18. The main contents of the "enterprise information construction project" of the pharmaceutical company include: the tank farm control system, which solves the problem of closed metering and transportation of organic solvents between the tank farm and the production area, can automatically realize the terminal metering setting, and effectively ensure the safety and environmental protection requirements of the tank farm operation; The air conditioning automatic control system realizes the control of the temperature, humidity and room pressure difference in the air conditioning area through the PLC digital-to-analog conversion of the upper computer and lower computer and the terminal actuator regulator, ensure the cleanliness requirements of the production area environment; The online particle monitoring software system automatically adjusts to the standard flow through the upper computer, vacuum system, laser sensor and isodynamic sampling probe, etc. through the flow detector device and key orifice plate inside each sensor, monitors the temperature, humidity, particles, planktonian bacteria, room pressure difference, etc., implements dynamic management, and realizes visual monitoring of the production process environment. MRP production management system, it makes it easier for the warehouse, workshop, and management personnel to obtain information about the flow of materials in the production process, the implementation of production plans, and product inventory.
