The cable company founded in 1993 was established in the period of rapid development of China's communications industry. Not long after it was put into production, the cable company was successfully selected as a designated cable manufacturer of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications with excellent product quality and good after-sales service. In the face of the industry trend of "light advance and copper retreat" and the increasingly fierce competitive environment, the cable market has become complicated and confusing. The unstable performance, insufficient production capacity and aging equipment have become the main factors restricting the development of the cable company. The performance cannot be guaranteed, allowing the salesmen to have reservations when receiving orders and dare not accept large orders for fear of not being able to deliver the goods within the specified time. However, after some big customers came to the company to investigate and understand the situation of the cable company, they also had doubts about the production capacity and product performance and did not dare to give some big orders to the cable company. Although the sincerity and responsibility of the salesman gave the customer a good impression and won some large orders, there is still a certain gap with what is expected.

tandem is the first process of cable production. It is very important. If the equipment fails, the whole production line will stop running. The only tandem machine of the cable company is also relatively old. Every time a large order is received, all personnel are worried that it will drop the chain at a critical moment. Considering this situation, the cable company purchased a similar tandem machine this year to ensure the normal operation of the production line. In addition, 4 Jindong winches, 11 municipal cable winches and 1 sheathing machines were newly purchased. The increase of equipment not only gives technical, production and business personnel, but also increases the confidence of customers in product quality and supply capacity.

In recent years, the market for local cables has shrunk year by year, and the market share of network cables has been increasing. Cable companies have adjusted their direction in a timely manner and used network cables as a growth point for sales. However, in the past few years, cable companies mainly concentrated in the production of local cable, network cable production is less, and the service life of facilities and equipment is also longer, equipment performance is unstable, and production capacity cannot meet market demand. After the division contracted in 2010 , it carried out a comprehensive research on the quality of network cables and found out the law to ensure the stability of the product process. As long as there is a list, no matter what special requirements, it can cooperate to do a good job of the product, and to ensure that the product performance of the surplus to meet customer requirements. At the beginning of this year, the salesman received the list of 3000 boxes of network cables. The customer had very strict requirements on the quality of the products. The salesman had no idea when receiving the list, but the quality department was full of confidence and had stable production experience. In addition, the newly added equipment could well meet the required production capacity. The worries were solved, the whole production process was very smooth, and among the 1000 boxes of products supplied in the early stage, the results of customer sampling inspection were all qualified. This qualified rate has been highly affirmed by customers. Within one month, more than boxes were ordered. So far, the sales volume of the company's network cable has reached 4 times of the total volume of last year, and the utilization rate of new equipment has reached 100% .

Careful Calculation and Cost Reduction

Since the cable company implemented the division contract system pilot, all the work of the cable company has been centered on the center of "creating profits". Everyone is careful calculation, from every post and every job, 1.1 to save expenses and increase gross profit one by one. Because the profit is one more point, it is one step closer to everyone's common goal.

Therefore, this year, the cable company also made a cost-effective addition of new equipment. Except for the four Jindong winches, which are new equipment, the others have purchased idle equipment from other manufacturers. Considering the high depreciation cost of the equipment and the low gross profit of the cable products, they bought similar tandem machines of the closed enterprises at a low price through market exploration and multi-party inquiries, thus directly saving more than ,100 ,000 yuan. At the price of ,12 million yuan, I bought 11 sets of 101 winches that were idle in my peers, it is lower than the cost of buying a new winch of the same type.

At the same time, in order to save installation costs, the cable company installed all the newly purchased equipment by itself. All departments worked together to cooperate with the only two mechanics to install and debug, and at the same time invited retired mechanics to come back to help. Through everyone's joint efforts, all the machines have been installed and started up and running smoothly.

Cable Company now processes most of its business on behalf of other manufacturers, but Li Jinzhi, general manager of the cable company, thinks that this is also quite good. The standard of processing products on behalf of others is relatively high. In this process, the cable company reduces costs to meet the market demand according to the high standards of other manufacturers, accumulates profits through the growth of volume, and then invests in opening its own marketing market and taking advantage of cost to get out of its own brand. Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out.
