I remember that it was 1988 8 28 . I stepped into the peak with excitement. After a week of training, I was assigned to the raw material workshop to fight back and break as a crushing worker. At that time, in the vertical kiln cement plant, because there was no large crusher, the particle size of limestone entering the crusher could not be greater than 30 cm, and those larger than the requirements must be crushed by the conveyor chain plate machine, thus having our type of work. Due to inexperience, after a shift, my two calves were full of wounds pierced and marked by splashed stone debris, and there was blood everywhere. It was miserable. Fortunately, under the careful guidance of the old master, after a few days of training and mastering the skills, the work will save more effort and less injuries.
Six months later, my efforts were recognized by the workshop management and I was transferred to the workshop maintenance team as a repairman. Under the leadership of the masters, I quickly mastered some basic knowledge of equipment maintenance, and was assigned to be a maintenance worker on duty in less than three months. At that time, there was a lot of equipment renovation and upgrading work in the factory, and the gold mud factory was preparing to apply for a national secondary enterprise. perhaps because of a certain understanding and previous carpentry work, the spare parts I made were more practical and beautiful than those made by others, so the workshop adjusted my work, mainly making spare parts and on-site renovation, to control running, running, dripping and leaking. According to the backward production technology at that time, we were able to clean up the workshop floor with mops and verify the equipment hygiene inspection with white gloves. The efforts we made can be imagined. It is also with the concerted efforts of all the staff that we have achieved very good results.
In January of 1990 , I was transferred to the Group's mechanical and electrical power plant to learn sheet metal technology from my master. That was the period of vigorous development after the formation of the group. The workload of plate making was very large, and it was also the best time for our young people to learn technology. 5 April 8 , I walked out of Jinhua with uneasy feelings and reported to Fuyang Jianfeng Dengcheng Cement Co., Ltd., the first stop of the peak "out of Jinhua to run cement", where there was our first new dry rotary kiln production line of the peak. When I came to a strange working environment, came into contact with a strange production process, and saw such a large equipment for the first time, I was a little shocked and soberly realized that I had to learn again. According to the work arrangement, I was initially responsible for the management of the mechanics. During that time, I followed the technicians of the equipment manufacturer to debug the machine every day, constantly learning and groping, and the concept of equipment management completely changed. In a few years, I have grown from a mechanic supervisor to an equipment engineer. The equipment management level of the enterprise is getting higher and higher. The effective operation rate and the control level of machine material consumption are in the forefront of peer enterprises.
2015
1 , I went out of Zhejiang and came to Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Co., Ltd. to take on the equipment preservation work of the whole enterprise. This is a new challenge for me. It happens that the enterprise is adjusting its management mode, from full participation in equipment management to security personnel responsible for equipment operation, maintenance, inspection and management. My work content has increased and my responsibilities have become heavier. To this end, I started from the aspects of working plan formulation, strengthening equipment inspection, carrying out predictive maintenance, training staff skills, improving maintenance quality, etc., and worked together with my colleagues, and the operation rate of the main engine increased year by year. I changed many positions and made some achievements in the peak
years, but what makes me more happy is my personal progress in this process.
