In the photo, he is "fully armed", wearing work clothes, a hard hat and a dust mask, covered with yellow dust from top to bottom. Seeing this, I couldn't help but give him a thumbs up. Gong Liucheng is a person who is very responsible in everything he does. He works hard, obeys distribution and never bargains. Looking back on the several jobs he has done, he is really like an "old scalper". For decades, he loves his job and is dedicated to his work. His obscurity reflects his dedication and responsibility, which is worth learning from all of us.

Gong Liucheng is an old employee. He has been working since the establishment of the relay factory of the old company. From a handsome young man full of vitality to now, he has entered middle age. In the struggle of 20 years, he has witnessed the historical changes of Yunnan's peak. At first, he was a mine safety officer. Because of his strong sense of responsibility, he could always be seen in every place with hidden dangers. Last year, Yunnan's peak leaders transferred him to the comprehensive management department and made him responsible for managing the greening and logistics of the factory. Although he did not have any work experience in this field before, he studied hard, did his job and loved his job, constantly taught himself horticultural management knowledge through the Internet and books, and went to the Pu'er Garden Management Office to learn from the experience. Everything comes to him who waits. After his careful pruning, fertilization and cultivation management, the flowers and plants in the factory area have not only increased in shape, but also become more obvious in the three-dimensional matching of flowers in the four seasons. factory have been working for a long time. dust and rust have affected the overall civilized and sanitary condition. in order to create a beautiful factory and a clean production environment, in April this year 5 , Yunnan peak set up a special environmental sanitation centralized treatment team to wipe the machinery and equipment and sweep the dust. At this moment, the leader thought of this "old scalper" again. Gong Liucheng gladly took the lead. Despite the high temperature and humidity in the rainy season, together with other colleagues in the group, he entered the workshop cleanly every day. He returned with unkempt, paint spots and dust without complaint. Although he usually doesn't say much, he is always cheerful. His optimistic and open-minded character has won the respect of the majority of workers. After more than a month's efforts by him and his colleagues, the environmental sanitation and machinery and equipment in the workshop have taken on a new look. The improvement of health status not only improves the level of civilized health management of enterprises, but also creates a warm working environment for workers.
