The second "taking water from a distance" competition pushed the team's competition to a climax. A total of 15 bottles of water are neatly placed outside 1.5 meters . One person can only take one bottle at a time. One cannot cross the line or support the ground with one hand. However, compared with other teams, our "small steel artillery team" has the heaviest "weight", which also creates certain obstacles for us. In addition, at the beginning, the captain did not carry out the division of labor well, and we began to fall behind in the course of the game. Later, when we watched the other teams finish, we were even more in a hurry. The coach also commented on this. Our team lacks the command of the captain, and some players do not trust 100% in the protection of their teammates. If they do not let go of themselves, they will naturally not be able to reach the water ahead. Fortunately, until the end, the teammates did not complain about each other. Learning from the previous lesson, the captain made a clear division of labor for everyone, and each teammate also put down the "burden" and devoted himself to giving his back boldly to his teammates. The originally difficult process of fetching water suddenly became simple. This also made me understand that a team must not only have a clear division of labor, but also trust each other, not complain about each other, and work together to generate the greatest strength.
