Learning from the previous lesson, the captain made a clear division of labor for everyone, and each teammate also put down the "burden" and devoted himself to giving his back boldly to his teammates. The originally difficult process of fetching water suddenly became simple. This also made me understand that a team must not only have a clear division of labor, but also trust each other, not complain about each other, and work together to generate the greatest strength.
