Lu Chaofang joined Jianfeng Cable Company in 1997 and is a highly skilled talent independently trained and grown up by Jianfeng. In 2015 , he was the project leader of "Research and Development of Super Class 5 Double Aluminum Foil Shielded Data Cable" and received government subsidy from Wucheng District Science and Technology Plan. In 2016 , he served as the project leader of "Research on Key Manufacturing Processes of Low Delay Wear-resistant Flame Retardant Foaming Integrated Data Cables" and received government subsidy from Jinhua City for technological innovation.
