Lu Chaofang joined Jianfeng Cable Company in 1997 and is a highly skilled talent independently trained and grown up by Jianfeng. She has organized and participated in the development of series of products such as electrical equipment cables, security cables, RS485 communication cables, fire-resistant cables, water pump cables, shielded ultra-five network cables, shielded six network cables, monitoring power supply composite cables, instrument cables, etc., and has obtained 4 utility model patents. In 2015 , he was the project leader of "Research and Development of Super Class 5 Double Aluminum Foil Shielded Data Cable" and received government subsidy from Wucheng District Science and Technology Plan.
