She has organized and participated in the development of series of products such as electrical equipment cables, security cables, RS485 communication cables, fire-resistant cables, water pump cables, shielded ultra-five network cables, shielded six network cables, monitoring power supply composite cables, instrument cables, etc., and has obtained 4 utility model patents. In 2015 , he was the project leader of "Research and Development of Super Class 5 Double Aluminum Foil Shielded Data Cable" and received government subsidy from Wucheng District Science and Technology Plan. In 2016 , he served as the project leader of "Research on Key Manufacturing Processes of Low Delay Wear-resistant Flame Retardant Foaming Integrated Data Cables" and received government subsidy from Jinhua City for technological innovation.
In recent years, Lu Chaofang has summarized the successful experience of improving the qualified rate of core wire concentricity, characteristic impedance and return loss in practice by compiling a large number of process test schemes, adjusting wire diameter, tension, improving cross, etc. As a result, the qualified rate of super 5 data cables has been greatly increased and the consumption of raw materials has gradually decreased.
