Lu Chaofang joined Jianfeng Cable Company in 1997 and is a highly skilled talent independently trained and grown up by Jianfeng. She has devoted herself to the quality and technical management of cables for more than 20 years, and has worked hard to study professional and technical knowledge. She has organized and participated in the development of series of products such as electrical equipment cables, security cables, RS485 communication cables, fire-resistant cables, water pump cables, shielded ultra-five network cables, shielded six network cables, monitoring power supply composite cables, instrument cables, etc., and has obtained 4 utility model patents. In 2015 , he was the project leader of "Research and Development of Super Class 5 Double Aluminum Foil Shielded Data Cable" and received government subsidy from Wucheng District Science and Technology Plan. In 2016 , he served as the project leader of "Research on Key Manufacturing Processes of Low Delay Wear-resistant Flame Retardant Foaming Integrated Data Cables" and received government subsidy from Jinhua City for technological innovation.

In recent years, Lu Chaofang has summarized the successful experience of improving the qualified rate of core wire concentricity, characteristic impedance and return loss in practice by compiling a large number of process test schemes, adjusting wire diameter, tension, improving cross, etc. As a result, the qualified rate of super 5 data cables has been greatly increased and the consumption of raw materials has gradually decreased. There are many specifications of electrical equipment cable products. Lu Chaofang constantly explores and summarizes the process, gradually improves and implements the standards, and improves the first pass rate of products. At the same time, she actively cooperates with the after-sales service of the products, provides technical services for customers, answers many technical questions, and makes the peak cable products win the trust of many customers.
