We have to go out every day, and the traffic situation is closely related to us. My mode of transportation is mainly bicycles. On my way to and from work every day, I often see some uncivilized traffic phenomena: electric vehicles that honk all the way and fly past no matter what lights are on at the intersection; When I saw the red light stop at the intersection, I "slipped" to the pedestrians and electric vehicles in the middle of the intersection step by step. Pedestrians who do not listen to guidance and persuasion even forcibly cross the road, there was a screeching sound of brakes... The moment the traffic lights changed over was the accident-prone period, and many people had a fluke mentality in order to fight for these seconds, feeling that they would not be so unlucky. As everyone knows, in these few seconds, how many collisions between vehicles and vehicles, vehicles and pedestrians have occurred, ranging from scratching to paying the price of life. However, there are always some people who ignore the traffic rules, act according to their own standards, have great disrespect for themselves and the lives of others, and add bad words to well-intentioned reminders and guidance. Two days ago, I just saw a piece of news that an electric car driver in Jinhua was sentenced to full responsibility for running a red light. The electric car driver felt aggrieved and thought that he was riding an electric car and was injured. He should get more care and corresponding compensation. It is this "weak" mentality that makes many electric vehicle drivers ignore the traffic rules and go their own way. According to statistics, in 2017 , there were a total of 6505 traffic accidents involving electric vehicles and motor vehicles in Jinhua city, of which 1322 were judged to be fully responsible for electric vehicles. the main types include rear-end collision of motor vehicles in motor vehicle lanes, red light running, sudden lane change, reverse driving, etc.
Jinhua City has also issued relevant policies for traffic violations of electric vehicles. If traffic violations of electric vehicles are seized by traffic police, the parties concerned will receive on-site warning education by watching traffic warning education films of electric vehicles, copying traffic rules of electric vehicles, participating in road duty persuasion, and forwarding circle of friends to gather praise education. When seeing pedestrians and non-motorized vehicles rushing across the intersection, volunteers will guide pedestrians and vehicles to wait in the waiting area, wait for the green light, and then pass the zebra crossing; assist the elderly and primary school students to cross the road safely. As a volunteer, I also participated in this activity, and I also have some experience. Some citizens still have a strong sense of civilized travel, and some pedestrians or non motor vehicle drivers are dismissive of the persuasion of volunteers, and still go their own way, and some even speak ill of each other. Last year, there were nearly 100 traffic accidents caused by pedestrians running red lights in our city. The traffic police alone dealt with 5640 cases on the spot in the special rectification. Illegal driving, including electric vehicles and bicycles, is not a rare phenomenon. To curb the frequent occurrence of these phenomena, the "tickets" of the traffic police and the guidance of civilized volunteers cannot be completely solved. The key is to improve the safety awareness of the perpetrators and perform safety behaviors that do not endanger themselves and others.
Whether it is a pedestrian or a vehicle, if it violates traffic regulations, it will not only easily cause traffic accidents, but also affect traffic order and traffic efficiency, especially when pedestrians participate in traffic, they are at a disadvantage compared with vehicles, and once a traffic accident occurs It is easy to cause pedestrian injury, disability or even death, and the consequences are unimaginable.
The "exposure platform" opened by the official microblog of the traffic police in our city not only clearly exposes the facial photos of the person who ran the red light, but also automatically recognizes the name of the person through the face recognition system. At present, pedestrians running red lights have been exposed 6 , and the number of people on this "red list" has reached 70 . This year is the year of safety education for Jianfeng Group.
