Safety knowledge is a hodgepodge, which contains a lot of contents, including safety laws and regulations, safety technical knowledge such as machinery, electricity and special equipment, safety production management contents such as safety production standardization, safety production inspection and hidden danger management, etc.

Employees are the core of corporate safety. Each employee must have a good safety awareness and improve the subjective initiative and safety skills of personal safety in order to truly obtain safety protection. The work of the internal personnel of the enterprise has its own division of labor, and the safety knowledge that needs to be learned is also different. Electricians need to know the knowledge of safe operation with electricity, mechanics need to learn the knowledge of safe operation such as welding and gas cutting, and operators need to master the corresponding risk countermeasures according to the job type and the identified safety risk factor category.

Enterprise employees learn safety knowledge in many forms, including internal training, training organized by safety supervision, through the Internet, newspapers, media, etc., but these knowledge are more specific but not systematic and comprehensive.

Where can I learn systematic safety knowledge? How can I learn some safety production knowledge that I want to know? In recent years, I found that the "Certified Safety Engineer Qualification Examination Guidance Textbook" has very systematic safety knowledge and management knowledge, which is very worthy of our study.

Through study, I have been well applied in practical work. For example, during a safety inspection, I found that there is a potential safety hazard in the water supplement of the circulation box in a workshop. The water supplement pipeline adopts temporary hose (outer diameter 40 cm or so), and water is taken from one side of the pedestrian passage to connect the pipeline. The pipeline is directly placed on the ground and leads to the other side of the road, the water outlet flows into a one-meter-high water tank. Due to the height difference and the heavy pipe, two metal ball valves (each weighing about 2 kg) are used to press the pipe without fixing measures. There are four categories of risk factors in the production process, namely, human factors, no factors, environmental factors and management factors. We usually think that this pipe is not dangerous. In fact, this kind of behavior has two potential safety hazards. A

cm high pipe is placed horizontally on the pedestrian passage. In case someone does not pay attention to it when passing, stumbles and falls down and is injured, an accident will occur. The two metal ball valves have no fixing measures. Some staff members work beside the water tank and touch the pipe with height difference. The pipe falls off, two ball valves also fall at the same time, hitting employees, and accidents will occur. It is also possible that a pedestrian stumbled on the pipe and drove the pipe at the inlet of the water supplement tank. The pipe with height difference fell, causing the ball valve to fall. The person who stumbled on the pipe may be injured, the person beside the water supplement tank may be injured by the valve, and two safety accidents occurred at the same time. In the above example, the explanation of safety knowledge is that the safety awareness of the temporary pipeline placement personnel and the safety management personnel in the workshop is weak, and they do not know that the pedestrian passage in the production and operation site must be unobstructed and cannot exist in an unstable state. These two safety principle knowledge are explained in these principle guidance materials.

So, how do we eliminate the above security risks? We can install a fixed water supply pipeline from a height or buried in the ground, and the valve disappears at the scene, so the pedestrian passage is unobstructed, and the unstable state of the object (valve) does not exist, and the hidden danger will not be eliminated.

Through the study of "Certified Safety Engineer Qualification Examination Guidance Textbook", we know that all safety accidents can be prevented and avoided. Every accident has its cause. Starting from the root cause of the accident, we can cut off the conditions for the occurrence of the accident, so that we can prevent the occurrence of accidents, analyze and summarize all kinds of safety accidents, and draw inferences from one instance, take other people's accidents as our accidents, learn from them and avoid similar accidents.

Jinxi plant environmental protection facilities through the completion of acceptance

On November 1, Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory successfully obtained the approval from Zhejiang Environmental Protection Department that the environmental protection facilities of the project passed the completion acceptance, and a key work of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical in 2016 came to an end. Jianfeng Pharmaceutical's annual output of 35 tons of cephalosporins, anti-tumor drugs and other raw material production lines and various preparation production lines technological transformation projects started construction in Jinxi Development Zone in October 2012 and were almost completed in September 2015. The construction of the project strictly abided by the "three simultaneous" system of environmental protection, conscientiously implemented the requirements in the environmental impact assessment report and its approval documents, and invested 19.34 million yuan in environmental protection facilities. The plant has basically realized the separation of clean and sewage. A new wastewater treatment system with a daily treatment capacity of 700 cubic meters and a "physical, chemical and biochemical" treatment process has been built, and an online monitoring device networked with the environmental protection department has been installed. All kinds of production wastewater, public works wastewater and domestic sewage are treated by the wastewater station and sent to Jinxi Sewage Treatment Plant for centralized treatment; there is an RTO regenerative incineration device of 10000 cubic meters per hour and a centralized treatment device of 4000 cubic meters per hour for chlorine-containing organic waste gas. All kinds of waste gas are discharged after collection and treatment. In October 2015, with the approval of Jinhua Economic and Technological Development Zone Branch of Jinhua Environmental Protection Bureau, the trial production of Jinxi project was carried out. After more than half a year of operation, in early July 2016, Zhejiang Environmental Monitoring Center Station carried out completion acceptance monitoring of environmental protection treatment facilities such as waste water and waste gas of Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory, and issued a completion acceptance monitoring report of environmental protection facilities at the end of August.

Daye Jianfeng Safety Standard was awarded as the only award-winning enterprise in daye city in 2015.
