In fact, he had been busy in the Chinese herbal medicine workshop for a long time.

The newly recruited employees in the workshop basically have no experience in drug production. They should not only teach equipment operation, but also teach labor discipline, GMP knowledge, safety production, etc, all this work is on him.

In the trial production stage, although the manufacturer has also organized relevant training, it still depends more on Zhao Chunquan. At the beginning of the trial production, he took the staff with him from the equipment principle, operation method, matters needing attention, production process and so on, and demonstrated them on the spot one by one. After repeating this for three or four times, let the employee operate independently. He watched from the side and corrected any mistakes. At each pre-shift meeting, he will also spare

12 hours a day. Generally, he came to work more than 7 at night. After arranging the workshop in the morning, he went back from work more than 10 . If he encounters equipment failure or production process problems, he can only stay and squint against the back of the chair for a while when he is sleepy. He said that at most, he worked for three days and two nights in a row. Sometimes I get off work on time during the day, and when I have a problem with the night shift, I have to rush back to the workshop in the early morning to deal with it. After the

operator was able to take up his post skillfully, the workshop production was gradually on the right track, but Zhao Chunquan was still busy and just shifted his focus to optimizing the process and improving the production equipment. He will go to various posts to inspect every day, constantly looking for problems, and the improvement of the workshop is also going on. For example, because the equipment in the feeding post is very high and the feeding port is above the equipment, a ladder is needed when feeding, which is not only inconvenient but also has potential safety hazards. Therefore, Zhao Chunquan arranged personnel to add an operating platform to these processes, which is convenient for handling and safer. The on-line monitoring of alcohol agent in production has not been very stable. After a period of observation, Zhao Chunquan found that the reason was the vibration of the equipment, so they carried out technical transformation on the pipeline of the equipment, changing the fixed pipeline at the pipeline connection into a hose, reducing the vibration caused by the operation of the equipment, and the monitoring data were stable. The plant extraction workshop has also improved the dust removal facilities, changing the water film dust removal to bag dust removal, which not only improves the product recovery rate, but also reduces the burden of sewage treatment.

Zhao Chunquan said that busyness has become the norm at work. At the beginning, his family would complain. He was also distressed about it, but after a long time, his family understood.
