seems to be only in the blink of an eye. I have been in Peak for nearly 20 years. In the big family of spike, I learned a lot, gained a lot, and realized a lot.
Before the spike, I had been working in Jinhua Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. Although the biochemical factory had a lot of products and good benefits at that time, the factory was old and the equipment was aging, which could not meet the requirements of GMP . If it continued to develop according to the old road, it would face a serious crisis. 1988 , Jianfeng acquired the biochemical pharmaceutical factory, and a few years later, it carried out off-site transformation, updated the equipment, and adjusted the product structure. As an employee of the original chemical plant, I would like to thank the peak for giving the biochemical plant a second life, and thank the peak for another opportunity for our employees to develop themselves.
I wrote an application for joining the party as early as when I was in the biochemical factory, but it was like a stone sinking into the sea and there was no news for several years. After entering Qiubin Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, I submitted my application for joining the Party again in 2003 . Before long, Jiang Xiaohua, who was in charge of the organization of the Party branch of Qiubin factory, came to talk to me and told me that if I wanted to join the Communist Party of China, I should not only write an application, but also strengthen the study of the party's knowledge, work hard and restrain myself in behavior. After that, I participated in the training of activists organized by the party committee of the company, studied the development history of the Communist Party of China, and let me understand the sacred mission shouldered by the party members. With the help of the Party branch, my ideological consciousness has made great progress. 2006 6 May 26 , the Party branch discussed and approved my application for joining the Party. 7 September , in front of the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, I solemnly swore to become a member of the Communist Party of China with more than 20 colleagues from my brother units. Gratitude spike, let me grow in thought.
At the peak, I have participated in many activities. The most unforgettable one is the "Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Listing of Peak Stock 20#" gala held in 2013 8 . Because I had previous experience in performing sketches, I was informed to prepare the program as early as the end of 2012 . After more than half a year of careful conception, I wrote the first draft of the sketch "days of our lives" and solicited opinions from many parties. Finally, I started rehearsing in , 2013 , , 6, . The Akohama Factory Office helped me find actors, rehearsal venues and props, and we rehearsed earnestly. Unexpectedly, three days before the performance, Li Ziqiang, deputy secretary of the group's party committee, called and asked to revise the script. All of a sudden, I felt that my head was big-the frame of the sketch was basically fixed, and the actors were almost running in. It was not easy to start over. Mr. Li said that the original work did not reflect the development and changes of the company's listing for 20 years, was immature and could not be staged, and proposed amendments. With Li's general advice, the three of us actors worked overtime and finally took a brand-new work to the stage three days later. The applause and laughter of the audience made us understand that our efforts were not in vain. Thanks to the peak, thanks to all the leaders and colleagues who have supported and helped me, so that I can show my wonderful side on the stage of the peak.

All units have completed the formulation of the second round of "three-year business plan", which points out the direction for the next three years of business work; the group company has also completed the first draft of the new "five-year strategic development plan", which is being revised and enriched.
