Thanksgiving Peak

seems to be only in the blink of an eye. I have been in Peak for nearly 20 years. In the big family of spike, I learned a lot, gained a lot, and realized a lot.

Before the spike, I had been working in Jinhua Biochemical Pharmaceutical Factory. Although the biochemical factory had a lot of products and good benefits at that time, the factory was old and the equipment was aging, which could not meet the requirements of GMP . If it continued to develop according to the old road, it would face a serious crisis. 1988 , Jianfeng acquired the biochemical pharmaceutical factory, and a few years later, it carried out off-site transformation, updated the equipment, and adjusted the product structure. As an employee of the original chemical plant, I would like to thank the peak for giving the biochemical plant a second life, and thank the peak for another opportunity for our employees to develop themselves.

I wrote an application for joining the party as early as when I was in the biochemical factory, but it was like a stone sinking into the sea and there was no news for several years. After entering Qiubin Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical, I submitted my application for joining the Party again in 2003 . Before long, Jiang Xiaohua, who was in charge of the organization of the Party branch of Qiubin factory, came to talk to me and told me that if I wanted to join the Communist Party of China, I should not only write an application, but also strengthen the study of the party's knowledge, work hard and restrain myself in behavior. After that, I participated in the training of activists organized by the party committee of the company, studied the development history of the Communist Party of China, and let me understand the sacred mission shouldered by the party members. With the help of the Party branch, my ideological consciousness has made great progress. 2006 6 May 26 , the Party branch discussed and approved my application for joining the Party. 7 September , in front of the Revolutionary Martyrs Monument, I solemnly swore to become a member of the Communist Party of China with more than 20 colleagues from my brother units. Gratitude spike, let me grow in thought.

At the peak, I have participated in many activities. The most unforgettable one is the "Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of the Listing of Peak Stock 20#" gala held in 2013 8 . Because I had previous experience in performing sketches, I was informed to prepare the program as early as the end of 2012 . After more than half a year of careful conception, I wrote the first draft of the sketch "days of our lives" and solicited opinions from many parties. Finally, I started rehearsing in , 2013 , , 6, . The Akohama Factory Office helped me find actors, rehearsal venues and props, and we rehearsed earnestly. Unexpectedly, three days before the performance, Li Ziqiang, deputy secretary of the group's party committee, called and asked to revise the script. All of a sudden, I felt that my head was big-the frame of the sketch was basically fixed, and the actors were almost running in. It was not easy to start over. Mr. Li said that the original work did not reflect the development and changes of the company's listing for 20 years, was immature and could not be staged, and proposed amendments. With Li's general advice, the three of us actors worked overtime and finally took a brand-new work to the stage three days later. The applause and laughter of the audience made us understand that our efforts were not in vain. Thanks to the peak, thanks to all the leaders and colleagues who have supported and helped me, so that I can show my wonderful side on the stage of the peak.

The peak spirit of "determined to rise to the top and climb the peak bravely" and the strong corporate culture atmosphere have deeply infected every peak person and attracted me deeply. Along the way for 20 years, I have felt the rigorous and serious work style of peak people, and the good fashion of kindness, upward and mutual assistance among colleagues. I am grateful to the peak, and I will continue to work hard and study hard in the big family of the peak, and contribute my strength to the cause of the "century-old peak.

A few days ago, Tianjin Jianfeng Natural products Research and Development Co., Ltd. stood out among nearly 35000 enterprises in Tianjin Development Zone and won the honor of "Top 20 Scientific and technological Innovation Enterprises of 2015. The selection criteria for the top 20 scientific and technological innovation enterprises in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone mainly include: they have won science and technology awards or patent awards in 2015, as well as other awards above the provincial level; they have obtained the qualification certification or approval of research and development institutions above the provincial level; in 2015, the number of invention and utility model patent applications and authorizations was large, totaling more than 15; in 2015, they were supported by national or Tianjin key science and technology plans; scientific research achievements have made significant progress and technology. According to the above standards, Jianfeng Natural Products Company has not only won the second prize of Tianjin Science and Technology Innovation Project Award for the achievements of "Tianjin Plant Waste Reutilization Technology Engineering Center Construction", but also completed the process research of grape seed extract and ginsenoside to pesticide residues, and formulated the international business standard of grape seed extract (grape seed oligomeric proanthocyanidins). In order to better carry out the pilot experiment, large-scale technical transformation was carried out on the second workshop, and the process optimization of extracting anthocyanins from blueberries has been carried out. At the same time, the main business income, operating profit, tax revenue and other economic indicators of peak natural products company in 2015 have increased significantly year-on-year. Peak pharmaceutical "enterprise information construction project" through the acceptance

The "Enterprise Informatization Construction Project" of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company was included in the list of key projects of "Integration of Industrialization and Industrialization" (high-level and in-depth combination of informatization and industrialization) in Jinhua City in 2015, and successfully passed the on-site acceptance of the expert group on the morning of May 18. The main contents of the "enterprise information construction project" of the pharmaceutical company include: the tank farm control system, which solves the problem of closed metering and transportation of organic solvents between the tank farm and the production area, can automatically realize the terminal metering setting, and effectively ensure the safety and environmental protection requirements of the tank farm operation; The air conditioning automatic control system realizes the control of the temperature, humidity and room pressure difference in the air conditioning area through the PLC digital-to-analog conversion of the upper computer and lower computer and the terminal actuator regulator, ensure the cleanliness requirements of the production area environment; The online particle monitoring software system automatically adjusts to the standard flow through the upper computer, vacuum system, laser sensor and isodynamic sampling probe, etc. through the flow detector device and key orifice plate inside each sensor, monitors the temperature, humidity, particles, planktonian bacteria, room pressure difference, etc., implements dynamic management, and realizes visual monitoring of the production process environment.
