News 9# In mid-July, Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company successfully passed the external audit of the four management systems of quality, environment, occupational health and safety and energy by the audit team of Beijing Guojian Lianxin Certification Center.

Through checking data records, on-site inspection and communication with relevant personnel, the audit team respectively reviewed the operation of Yunnan Jianfeng Production and Manufacturing Department, Safety and Environment Department, Quality Management Department, Marketing Department and Comprehensive Management Department in the four management systems. At the last meeting, the audit team believed that the overall management level of Yunnan Peak was relatively high, and fully affirmed the current operation status of the four management systems. It believed that the risks were controllable, the operation was continuous and effective, and there were no unqualified items, and the audit was approved. At the same time. The four auditors also put forward guiding opinions and suggestions on the individual areas for improvement found in the audit process.

Yunnan peak team members in charge of production, technology and quality, department heads and all internal auditors attended the first and last meetings. On behalf of Yunnan Jianfeng, General Manager Zhou Jiping expressed his gratitude to the experts of the audit team for their work, and asked all departments to rectify some of the rectification opinions and suggestions put forward by the audit experts, to put in place time-limited and high-standard rectification, to effectively integrate the four system operation procedures and requirements into actual work, to continuously improve their own management level through problem rectification, to ensure the effective operation of the system, and to further promote and improve the overall management level.

This external audit is the first external audit after the transformation of Yunnan's peak system and the establishment of post optimization institutions. It is also the one-time external audit of the management system for three consecutive years since passed the four system certifications in 2015 , which will play a positive role in standardizing the management order of enterprises and improving the management level of quality, safety, energy and occupational health.
