Pharmaceutical Company Attends Disinfection and Filtration Technology Exchange

News # July 18 , Coppert's 8th Disinfection and Filtration Technology and Verification Sharing Meeting was held in Hangzhou, and Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company sent personnel to attend the sharing meeting to learn about sterilization and filtration technology and process verification.

Hangzhou Cobaite Filter Equipment Co., Ltd. is a global filter equipment enterprise, mainly engaged in the development of microporous membranes such as PES , PVDF , N66 , PTFE , and the design and manufacture of various folded membrane filter elements and filters. Since its establishment in 2003 , Coppert has held eight sessions of sterilization and filtration technology and verification sharing meetings, with more than ,800 pharmaceutical companies from mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, Japan and other countries and regions participating, which has extensive influence in the industry. This sharing meeting invited sterilization and filtration technicians from 206 pharmaceutical companies from 24 provinces. Since the three types of filter elements currently used in Jinxi Pharmaceutical Factory of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. are all from Cobaite Company, the pharmaceutical company also sent special personnel to participate in this technical exchange.

In this 2 -day training course, the quality and technical director of Corbett Company, Yuan Zhener, shared the quality management system of filter elements and filters, which is called "the most stringent", so that the participants have a deeper understanding of sterilization and filtration management in production. Wu Fuyingjun, director of the verification center of Cobalt Company, and two experts from Guangdong Food and Drug Administration shared the core components of filter element process verification, endotoxin removal technology, GMP under the new normal of drug supervision, and relevant contents of process management and verification respectively.

In order to have a more intuitive understanding of the production and process verification of sterilization filter elements, the participants, organized and led by Coppert Company, visited the stainless steel filter workshop, filter element workshop and the peripheral sites of the verification center on the afternoon of 8 , 17 . At the same time, they explained the key control items of sterilization filter elements and answered relevant questions. Through participating in this sharing meeting, the participants have a deeper understanding and mastery of the relevant knowledge of filter element integrity test, endotoxin removal technology, solution to difficult problems in filtration process, filter element process verification and filter element application, and have a new understanding of GMP management under the new normal of drug supervision. After the

Peak pharmaceutical "enterprise information construction project" through the acceptance

The "Enterprise Informatization Construction Project" of Jianfeng Pharmaceutical Company was included in the list of key projects of "Integration of Industrialization and Industrialization" (high-level and in-depth combination of informatization and industrialization) in Jinhua City in 2015, and successfully passed the on-site acceptance of the expert group on the morning of May 18.
