For me, an authentic northerner, my early impression of bayberry was just a snack in the supermarket, a preserved fruit impregnated with salt or sugar. The year when I really ate fresh waxberry was the year when I first came to work at the peak. When waxberry was first listed, the laboratory master brought us a taste of fresh waxberry. The taste made me fall in love with it.

Fortunately, bayberry is a major characteristic fruit of Jinhua, especially Lanxi, which is adjacent to Jinhua, is the famous hometown of bayberry. In my spare time, I met three or two friends, carrying a basket, crossing the forest path, picking those lovely and delicious red bayberry, which is really unique!
