As the main operator of raw meal mill, I constantly sum up experience in the operation process, actively explore the adjustment method of ingredients, and predict and adjust through various methods such as the change trend of mill temperature, the influence of slag discharge amount on ingredients, and the calculation of material breakage compensation, thus effectively ensuring the stability of raw meal quality. All indexes are among the best in all teams and groups in the workshop, providing more favorable conditions for high quality and high yield of rotary kiln. 7 In August, after hard work, I passed the evaluation of the reserve talents of the group company and became a member of the young eagle group.
