I am an authentic Yi, 2012 2 September entered Yunnan Jianfeng Cement Company. In the five years of Yunnan's peak growth, I have felt the continuous development of the company and the continuous improvement of management. In 2016 , Yunnan Peak Production Workshop achieved another success, with all indexes significantly improved. Compared with 2015 , the standard coal consumption per ton of clinker decreased by 5.2 kg/t , the daily output of kiln increased by 124.8 t/h , and the clinker output increased by 12.42 tons, the comprehensive power consumption of tons of clinker decreased by 2.88 degrees / tons, and the cost decreased significantly. A satisfactory answer was given to the group company.

With the continuous development of the company, with the support and help of the company's leaders and colleagues, I am also growing. As the main operator of raw meal mill, I constantly sum up experience in the operation process, actively explore the adjustment method of ingredients, and predict and adjust through various methods such as the change trend of mill temperature, the influence of slag discharge amount on ingredients, and the calculation of material breakage compensation, thus effectively ensuring the stability of raw meal quality. All indexes are among the best in all teams and groups in the workshop, providing more favorable conditions for high quality and high yield of rotary kiln. 7 In August, after hard work, I passed the evaluation of the reserve talents of the group company and became a member of the young eagle group.

Here, I feel the pressure as well as the honor. Achievements can only represent the past. 2017 is a year when we strive to be strong, full of challenges and inspiring. I will continue to do a good job in benchmarking and demonstration, change thinking, innovate ideas, promote job optimization, influence people around me with my own practical actions, strengthen learning, apply what I have learned, make persistent efforts, strive for better results, and become a real employee with peak spirit. I firmly believe that the development of the peak is unlimited, the future is bright, and the employees are excellent. I would like to take root with you and give all my strength and love to our common home. I hope we can all work together to prop up a blue sky for the future take-off of the peak. I believe that we will achieve better results in 2017 and present a generous gift for the 47th anniversary of Jianfeng Group 60.
